I am setting up flexible Records Management in Laserfiche 10.4.  

There is a retention schedule that has a current training document being superseded by a new training document. But there is an alternate retention so that if the training document doesn't get superseded before the employee separates, the record is kept for 75 years after separation.  I am trying to use workflow Records Management Set Event Date activity to set the "after separation" event date for the alternate retention when the employee separates.  The documents with the alternate retention schedule have not yet been superseded or cutoff yet.

When the workflow runs it does not set the event date on the alternate retention.  It gives the following error message:

Operation or command invalid for the requested type of object. [9000]

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
