LF Cloud- Sing In getting Access Denied "Your are not currently subscribed to overage notifications"

Hello,

We have a few customer who has emailed us that when they initially login into LF Cloud they get two Access Denied pop-ups, on a Usage page, with the error message "You are not currently subscribed to overage notifications"

 

They can click to close Access Denied pop-ups and function normally in the LF Cloud setup, but if they try to click on the Subscribe link next to the message, they get access denied again.

 

I have looked at Repository Administration->Accounts and Users and can't seem to find the setting to enable that.

Hi Jeff,

If someone reports encountering this again, please have them try:

  1. Log out of Laserfiche.
  2. Log in with the account they'd like subscribed to the overage notifications.
  3. From that same tab from step 2, attempt to subscribe to the overage notifications.

 

If the issue persists after trying those three steps, please file a support case ticket and provide them the account id(s) of customer(s) who have reported this behavior recently. (Please do not include account ids here, as it is public)
