Our administrators manage which folders are setup with version control and for that reason we have disabled users from changing that setting,
admin console-> settings->general->and then selected "Prevent users from placing documents under version control"

Problem is that now there is nobody not even the admin on the LF server who can enable versioning on folders that don't have it currently set or enable it on new folders, is there a way to resolve this issue?
