I tried to get more information on the support site, but could only find references to this new HOLD being used for records management (retention purposes), not for what I was looking at it for (legal hold purposes). Could be used for both, could it not?
Just started using the 10.4 option to place Holds on folders and/or documents. Previously, I was thinking of it in terms of documents, but I just placed a hold on a folder. Then tried moving a document out of the HOLD folder and couldn't.
