Permission Denied

When I try to download and import a DPL I get the following message:

Error Code: 9013
Error Message: Permission denied.
Access denied. [9013]

Any Idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi Larry,

 

First thing i would be looking at is your access rights and folder rights. Do you have the export option within your user account / group to do this? Access denied means you do not have access to do this within Laserfiche as you have not been given the rights to do so.
