How to limit date entry / error on bad date entry / etc.

I have a form we are working on.

It has a Table for the user to fill out.

One field in that table is the date.

The requirement is to have all dates within the same fiscal year. (July 1 - June 30)

It would be acceptable to have the date entry limited, or have an error if the dates are out of range, or even reject it back to the entry user - I'm just having a hard time figuring out how to get this one accomplished.

 

Any ideas, brain trust?

Is the number of rows in your table static, or can users add/remove rows when filling out the form? This will make a big difference in determining what will or will not work.
