Forms can't find given workflow

Currently, I have a form with a Workflow service task that calls a given workflow but I have an Issue, the forms activity doesn't find the workflow and returns the following error, the connection between the forms server and workflow server have been tested and apparently it works.

Are you sure the workflow is published with the exact same name as what is listed in the service task?

I'm a partner of Daniel, and yes the workflow is published with the exact same name

What about any the other service tasks for that process or different processes, are you getting the same error for those?

We try with other workflows in order to prove, but we still have the same issue

I would double check the Workflow Web Service settings and make sure they match up with what is configured for Forms.

We check that and the connection works, but we still have the same issue.

Do you have other ideas to solve this problem or what could cause it?

I’m not sure to be honest, I’ve never encountered that problem. I’d imagine it’s something to do with the network settings.

We already checked that, but we will check it again
