List of limitations on the Laserfiche Cloud SupportUser account

I know the SupportUser has some limitations to prevent it from being used as a free user license. I've been looking for a full list of those limitations, so we can decide if it can be used to do implementation work on workflows and forms processes.

I've looked everywhere I can think of, and can't find a full list of the differences between the SupportUser and Full License users.

I've discovered on my own the SupportUser cannot import workflows or open documents.

SupportUser is subject to Laserfiche security like any other user. There is no limitation on accessing the repository or importing workflows.

The only special thing about SupportUser is the account can only be enabled for at most 30 days at a time.

Will Support User also be able to access Documents/Tasks/Submit Business process?

Yes. There is currently a known issue where it can't. Reference ID 242427. It will be patched shortly.

The SupportUsers also can't have a display name or email. Is that correct?
