Hello, 

I would like to use both ThreePerLine and calendarDate for the calendar input field. 

The idea is to have the calendar fields have three per line instead of one for each line. I also would like to use the javascript "Only accept today's date". 

Would it be better to use  the "display inline block" css code to line up the fields.
