Hi all,

Has anyone else run into a problem with storing a scanned document and having the system hang at random points?

I will scan a document, and then the store function will reach a random page and suddenly drop. I will try to store again, and the system will hang again on the same page. I end up having to rescan the entire document, and then it will store it.

I have checked my network and I am having no issues connecting and keeping the connection (Hard-wired; not wifi). The server is reporting no issues as well.... I'm a bit baffled at this point and finding it annoying to have to rescan random documents, especially if they are 200+ pages. (The size also is random - could be a 60 page, or a 260 page)

I am just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what was done to resolve it?
