Forms-Saving Draft and Accessing the Draft Later

I have Admin Users that are accessing the forms and save drafts. It is supposed to send them an email with the link for them to access it later. It is not sending the email to the User for them to access the draft at a later time. I have tested this and it asked for your email and I have entered it but never get an email with the link or any kind of information to access this later. I have top user access and can access in my Forms because I am the top User but my lower users cannot. I have seen many other forums with similar information but am unable to understand what they are trying to do as they are no indicating where these tables are or, etc. Please help

How do I fix this and/or find out why it is not sending the emails?

I had this issue and was able to resolve it by changing the SMTP from IP address to server name.

Was this working previously and has more recently stopped working? If it is not a new issue, I would advice looking at the Email Settings in Forms Configuration. Make sure the SMTP Server name is written as the Fully Qualified Domain Name, reset the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service and try again.

 

Also, could you look at the Event Logs on your Laserfiche Forms Server? There is a log folder:

Event Viewer>Applications and Services Logs>Laserfiche>Forms

 

Please view the logs and let us know of any Event Errors you may find.
