unhandled exception when clicking the Scan icon

One of my end users is getting the attached dialog box when he tries to scan in Laserfiche.   It does allow me to go on and scan, but this pops up each time he clicks the scanner button.

 

We are running Laserfiche version 10.3.1.502

Please try clearing all the user attributes for the user and then see if the issue still occurs. Jump to page 10 and follow the instructions in the section titled "Deleting Trustee Attributes".

Thank you for the information!  I can't find anything within the user attributes that related to the error message: "System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Value of '-1' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'minimum' and 'maximum'."

Could this be related to the user changing a default paper size or border size?  I feel like maybe they accidentally changed a value somewhere in their user settings.  Again, I am not familiar with this software so I can use all the help I can get!  Thanks in advance!

Yes, it's likely related to a value they changed like the ones you mentioned, but it's hard to be sure which. In this case, it's likely easier to just clear all  the attributes for that user instead of trying to hunt down which one is related to this issue. Unless of course it becomes a recurring issue.
