Signature only works on last form?

I am currently working on a form where the person submitting the form signs the form by the 'signature field'.

  • The person/employee submits a form for their supervisor to review.
  • The supervisor reviews the form with all information filled in but doesn't see the employee's signature only the information they put in and the date they signed the form without a signature.

If anyone can help much appreciated.

For a signature field to show a previous signature, it must be read-only. You can do this by going to the user task and making the entire form read only for the approver, or you can create a new form for the approval task where the signature field is set to read only or is part of a read only section.
