The app crashes on launch for iPhone 11. Is the an expected release date for an update to fix this issue?

A support case was opened for this issue. The resolution was to uninstall the Laserfiche Mobile app from the iOS device and re-download/reinstall it from the app store.

Hi Henry,

After Apple released its last major iOS version (iOS v13), we had a couple of issues. But it then quickly pushed out several smaller versions. At this point, with the latest iOS v13.2.3, we are not aware of any crashes categorical to iPhone 11 or the latest iOS.

We would suggest you first check whether your phone is on the latest iOS. Then, if the issue persists, please file a Support Case so that we have more information to dig further.

Hi Hui,

Thanks for your answer. The phone is running the latest iOS 13.2.3 and the latest version of the LF app (2019.10.14). I'll have our VAR open a Support Case.
