How make that a default volume?

My customer have volume1, volume2, volume3, they wish mark default volume 3 in all LaserFiche.

How mark volume 3 default in all LaserFiche?

Hi Juan,

Laserfiche Client has a feature of Import Profile. You can use that to mark it default at “User Profile” level. There are some settings at Administration Console level also where you can “Import User Profiles” for all users. Hope this helps to dig down.

Yes, you can make the change in the users's attributes. We also like to have our intake workflows do a migration to the proper volume in case the user somehow changed their settings.
