Customer sent us a note of the following:

We had an issue this morning with a few different users who were unable to get documents to load in the laserfiche repository. Closing the application and re-opening solves the issue. This happened with different types of documents as well from laserfiche pages to word and pdf's.

 

We could find no errors in the Event Logs on the Workstations. The only error that was found was the following:

/laserfiche/UserSettingsService.ashx/GetRecentDocuments

  Message: Error 1779: was expecting XSRF token starting with 'TokenName (Actual Token Removed for this post)', received token starting with 'TokenName (Actual Token Removed for this post)'
