Receiving warnings from the DCC regarding problematic IFilters or corrupted documents

asked on November 18, 2019

Based on the warning from the DCC: "The TextProvider process was terminated due to an unhandled exception when extracting text from a document.  This is usually caused by a problematic IFilter or a corrupted document.  Please install a proper IFilter and see if it solves the problem."

What is the recommended method of making Adobe’s PDF IFilter available to Laserfiche Server for Indexing?  Adobe Reader DC is currently installed on the Laserfiche server.  And what about the proper IFilter for Office document types, is this the recommended filter pack: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58425

I would like Laserfiche to weigh-in here.  I don't think installing IFilters from years ago is the answer.  The filter pack I posted has a publish date of 6/24/2019.

I'm getting the same warning. Did you found the solution ?
