I have a field on a form that has 4 options. I want our employees to check 1, 2 or 3 boxes, OR check the 4th option. It is our open enrollment forms. The question is Coverage for self: Medical, Dental, Vision, Decline all. They can choose between or all of the first 3 options, or chose to decline all coverage. If they select decline coverage, and 1 or more of the other options i want to error the form or block submit. How can i go about this?

I also have 2 other similar fields 1 for coverage for spouse and one for coverage of dependents.
