Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

I am getting this error message when starting the Laserfiche Scanning from the windows client. We have the latest Rio edition of LF. We are using Epson DS-530

LF Ver 10.4.1.147

That sounds like a corrupt installation. Does repairing the scanning module resolve the issue?

I tried repairing as well as uninstall -> reboot -> install ->reboot. No luck so far. I believe it has something to do with scan connect.
