I just noticed that a process that was working for years has suddenly stopped working as expected.  A workflow that creates a pdf and fills in fields no longer shows the image that is embedded into one of the fields.  In looking back to when this started (January of 2019), I also see that the fields are now grey were they were not before (maybe a clue to what is happening???).  Can anyone help in determining why the fields are now grey and an image embedded in a field is not showing?
