We have a process that we want to automate. This current process involves us mailing out state mandated forms to customers and having them fill in the form and mail it back. The form contains personal information and has to be signed. I know Laserfiche has a DocuSign integration but due to the extreme volume DocuSign is far too expensive. My initial thought was creating a Form with all the relevant fields on the state created form and using workflow to recieve and fill in the forms. This worked for all the fields except the signature field.
- I had to convert the signature field to a text field because workflow didnt recognize, i attached the form to the WF server, the field when it was a signature field.
- When WF received the variables and filled in the PDF it did not insert the image in the signature field as I hoped that it would.

Am I working in the right direction, but missing something key? Has anyone automated a similar process?
