Good Morning,
We have been seeing an issue that is happening and I have no idea how to troubleshoot it or fix it. I am hoping someone has had these issue and can tell me what is happening so we can remedy this problem.
This happens randomly, where staff members are OCR'ing or generating pages and the client will just close. No error messages and no warning. This is has happened on 10.3 and is now happening on 10.4.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
