I'm aware that you can print a document from the desktop client with a sticky note annotation, and it will print out a separate page containing the text of each sticky note.
Is there a way to do the same thing with web access?

We're having the same issue. An icon of the sticky note is being generated with a number in it, but no supplemental page is being printed with the annotation's contents. It works fine from the Windows client, however, but we need to use Web Access whenever possible.
Would appreciate it if anyone has seen this and has a solution.
Hi Stephane,
The Laserfiche development team has confirmed that there isn't a way to print the sticky note annotations as an additional page in Web Access the same way you can in the Desktop Client. I was given the following workaround to use instead:
"In the web client repository, download the document with the sticky note that you’d like to print. In the dialog box that pops up, select that you’d like to download the document as an image, and select PDF as the file type. The web client will then download the document as a PDF. Open that document using Adobe Acrobat Reader, and hit the print button. In the print menu that pops up, press the “Summarize Comments” button as shown below. This should print your document with the text of the sticky note on a separate page."
Hi Brian,
Thanks for the quick response, and I appreciate the solution as well. I can confirm that I tried it as you described and that worked perfectly, so we'll proceed with that method for now.
