Chrome Configuration Utility for Laserfiche Connector

Have there been any updates on the Chrome Configuration Utility for Laserfiche Connector?  KB: 1014056 article was last updated on August 2, 2019 stating that it is "undergoing review to provide a smoother user experience and is not available for download".  I would like to be able to download and use this utility as it will help deploy certain Chrome settings for the connector.
