Is there a way to set up laserfiche scanning and importing configurations that already have the template selected during the initial capture whether importing or scanning?

Yep! You can configure a default metadata template for "regular" import as well as for import via scanning. See the following documentation:

Import Defaults in the Laserfiche client (applies to both web and windows clients)

Thank you Tessa. I am not sure if I was clear in what I am asking. I see where I can set a default in each of those situations. What I am hoping to accomplish is to set up several jobs that already have the paths and templates set. So in essence they just pick the scan job or import job setting to scan or import directly into a folder in Laserfiche.
