I have a customer that is getting the following error when trying to view a document (any document) even though he can still view the document. It also happens when he tries to see the Workflow business process details and nothing will show.
When I log in as our service account it does not throw the error and I can see the Workflow business process.
This started happening after a Laserfiche migration and upgrade.
Is this due to a user/group security?
This is on Laserfiche Web Client 10.4.1.35
