Hello

I have a submission form with two approval level.   The process is approved by one approver and its routed to another approver.

I have a single form  :  Submission >> Approver one >>> Approver two

I need to capture Actions, Names and Date of both approvers in one multi-value template field called Approval History.

I have inserted the following Form vaiables into "Approval History" Field : 

{/dataset/_action}  {/dataset/_submitter_displayname}  {/dataset/_submission_date}

Note: I can only capture a Variable for one approval action not for both

I tried to use workflow but I didn't see any Action history variables on Retrieve Business Process Variable to retrieve from.
