Checkbox is checked, indicate a different text

Hello,


Is there way to identify certain text if a checkbox is checked? 

I have a process that starts with a form. If a checkbox is checked, how can I set up the workflow to show a different text in an Update Word Doc task? Basically, if Send_the_following_information is set/true, can I have it indicate "X"?

Hi Tiffany. In the checkbox field in forms there is a box to assign a value to a selection,. So True could be X and False could be O or some other character.  When you retrieve the field from the form you would get that Value.
