How do you enlarge the thumbnails? We are using Laserfiche 10.3...I have looked and cannot seem to find out how to make them larger. thanks!!
Hi Lisa, the thumbnails should expand automatically to the size of the thumbnail pane. Just drag the border to make the thumbnail pane larger and the thumbnails will grow
that just expands the thumbnail pane....I am asking to expand the thumbnail image to make the image itself bigger...
you used to could click on the image and use the scroll on the mouse and it would make the thumbnail image larger....now you cannot do that....
Lisa, are you sure you were able to do this in a previous version of the Windows client? Which version? I don't think this has ever behaved that way. Maybe you are thinking of the thumbnail view in the folder browser?
I have a user experiencing the same issue. I logged into their machine and tried to expand the window but I had no luck making the image larger. Is there another way?
