Question

Security, certifications and compliance

asked on October 31, 2019 Show version history

Hello,

I have some very specific technical questions about Laserfiche, security, policies and compliance:

- Is Laserfice GDPR and RGAA compliant?

- Does Laserfiche have these certifications :

  • ISO standards for quality (ISO9001)
  • ISO standards for security management (ISO27001)
  • ISO standards for the protection of personal data (27018),
  • Official Control and Certification Services (SOC) for audit control report (SOC1) & general (SOC3) and security (SOC2) concepts;
  • cloud specific controls (ISO27017),
  • Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) certifications for levels 1 and 2.
  • ICREA (International Computer Room Experts Association) Data Center Best Management Practices

- Is Laserfiche compatible with an authentication delegation in compliance with the OpenID Connect standard (OAuth2), or, failing that, in SAMLv2.

- Are there any statistics about SLA / Service Commitments (availability, RTO time-back guarantee, tolerated loss of data - RPO, etc.)

- Are there any statistics about Laserfiche performance:

  • Average time to download a standard size document
  • Average time of a mass import of documents
  • Time average of a multiple criteria search

- Can Laserfiche handle Cross file Transfer and SSH File Transfer Protocol ?

Thank you for your help!

Hi Nour,

It looks like these questions may be from a security questionnaire. While we can help provide answers, some of this is sensitive information that cannot be posted on Answers. Please contact your territory team in order for them to help route your request through the proper channels. In addition, it's important to provide additional details such as the deployment model (on-premises, Laserfiche Cloud, etc.).
