Windows Client Login to Repository for SAML User

Hi, we understand that logging in for SAML users is only supported for Web Client and mobile app, but is there any plan in the future to support this on Windows Client as well. We have a customer requesting this and would like to know if this will be considered in the future. Thanks.

Hi Wai,

We are planning to support SAML authentication via LFDS for the desktop client in the future.

Hi Chase,

 

Is there a potential timeline for this? Also would this feature be considered for Workflow designer as well? As our customer would prefer to use a centralized set of accounts, rather than some applications using SAML and some using Windows authentication. Thanks.

There are currently no plans to add other modes of authentication to Workflow.
