Is anyone else having issues with the Laserfiche App, We are having Major issues with all our IOS users. We are using the newest version of the app, IOS 13.1.2 and iPhone 8s and whenever a user opens the app it goes to the login screen automatically logs in and then the screen goes black and the app closes. If I delete and reinstall the app its works again for awhile and starts doing it again. I wanted to start using the app on Ipads for certain staff but with these issues I'm not sure I trust the app.

Hi William, while it is entirely possible that the new iOS update could have introduced some new behavior that could lead to crashes, it is very difficult for us to track down the problem without some more information.
Would you mind filing a support case, so we can gather more information about your environment? This would be the fastest way to get a workaround/fix for you.
