Customer (Banking, FSP) has requested the ability to force users to log in to LF Client using Windows Account ONLY. To conform to bank security policies.

I'm not sure what you're asking here. But if you configure the users as windows accounts in the admin console, then they will only ever be able to sign is using windows credentials.
Are you looking for something above and beyond that?
As Chris said, all you really need to do to accomplish this is to choose not create any Laserfiche (Repository or Directory) accounts for those users.
The concern with trying to "force" Windows-only is the impact that would have on other non-user things that you might not want as Windows accounts.
For example, we don't use Windows accounts for things like your Workflow/Forms, and especially not for the system admin account because if something goes wrong we always want to have a way into the administration side.
