I have a very simple session with one classification that reads a barcode cover sheet.  I tried to publish to the Quick Fields server; it prompted me for the server information and I entered http://<servername>:8093/quickfieldsapi and hit the Test button and the test was successful.  After that, I got an error indicating "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8093.  

After trying multiple times it finally opened a new screen where I could choose whether to publish updates or not, and the publish was successful.  

Anyone ever had this happen before?  And if so, is there a fix?
