We are running LF 10.4.1. Our VMWare clients are not displaying the annotation cursors in the LF desktop client. As a first step to investigating the problem I went looking on a standard desktop installation (one that is correctly displaying the cursors) for the .cur files that correspond to the annotation cursors. I cannot find them. Can someone tell me where the annotation cursors are stored in the standard desktop installation? If you can also enlighten me as to why they would not be accessible in VMWare that would be great. Thanks.

I have found two workarounds that allow the user to function without too much difficulty.
1) Switch the mouse properties to "display pointer trails (short)." The annotation pointer is now visible.
2) Have the user right-click in the image pane. When the function menu is displayed the mouse reverts to the default pointer, which is visible. Then the user can locate the pointer in the upper left corner of the area they wish to redact. When they left-click and drag to draw the box the pointer disappears again, but they can see what they are doing by the selection box that is being drawn on the image.
This weird mouse pointer behavior is apparently seen in other applications running in a VMWare environment.
