Hi there,

I have set my laserfiche standard scanning default using fields to both create a new directory and a file name. This process works fine at two or three scanned files, then I will get the system hanging on a random page number when trying to store the next file. There seems to be no link to file size (It hung on a 37 page; and then hung again on a 280 page document). 

Does anyone know what causes LF to hang like this, and is there a fix? Right now, I have to close down the scanning program, which loses the default presets and the document every time. It's getting a wee bit frustrating to have to reset everything every couple of files, and there is no way to predict which file it will decide to hang.....
