Laserfiche Client- Repository List slow to load from Office Products

Hello,

We have a customer who is on LF Version 10.3.1.

When they go to Send an Office document to Laserfiche using the Office Integration, the Load Repository screen is slow to load (45-90 seconds), for the 1st initial load. After the 1st load, then it loads in a matter of a few seconds.

Is there a setting that can pull the connection across faster?

Appreciate any tips you have,

We are experiencing the same initial load time in the web client as well.

I'll add my feedback; I'm also seeing this issue and would be keen to know a resolution.

I'm not sure if this is the same for others but in my case I've only locally installed the office integration and not the desktop client itself.
