Attaching uploaded attachments to a single final document

I am working on a Purchase Order form which allows a user to upload invoices and packing slips. However, within Forms I can't find a way to get them to all be a single document when they enter the repository.

 

How can I achieve this dream and singular documentation?

Hi Timothy,

 

   You need to save them to the repository first, then use Workflow to find the documents and move the pages from the attachments into the PO.

One workaround might be to choose to "Show uploaded images" on the form and make them large enough to easily read.
