In my Quick Fields session, I am doing a data lookup.  If the data lookup does not work, I also have dynamic fields in the Template.  If the data lookup does not work, then the user manually selects Vendor Number, and Vendor Name using the dynamic fields.  When the document is saved, sometimes it gets saved with multiple Vendor Names, the correct name and one or more incorrect names.
