not receiving the delivery receipt when an email is generated through the web client

We have a user who uses the delivery and read receipts from outlook. She has noticed that the delivery receipt does not take place when an email is sent using the Outlook Message that is generated out of Laserfiche WEB CLIENT.

What version of the web client are they on? I was able to get a delivery and read receipt with version 10.4.1.49.

Not sure of the build but I think it is 10.3. I have requested the version and build.

It also worked for me on 10.3.1.98.

Hi Brian,

They are using Web client 10.4 (10.4.0.309)

I didn't test that specific version, but I did get it to work on versions before and after that. I'd recommend opening a support case. You'll want to get the version of Outlook and Exchange that the customer is using - both of those are involved in notifications.
