Yes - The idea is to use a PDF template that you have created in a Pdf Design program.  In that PDF program create a new document with text and fillable fields that you require. Save the document as a Fillable PDF format and Import [..] Button that PDF Form to your FILL PDF Activity. Select Map Fields.
