Web Client Document Previewer "Previous" & "Next" Buttons for Document Shortcuts

We noticed that the "Previous" & "Next" buttons in the Web Client do not work on document shortcuts listed in a directory. For example, we have individual folders set up for staff to review documents which are just shortcuts to the documents. Unfortunately, they are not able to use the "Previous" & "Next" buttons on document shortcuts. Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi Zach, 

 

Thanks for reaching out. This is a bug in the latest released of Laserfiche Web Client, version 10.4.1.35. We fixed the bug in our next release, Laserfiche Web Client 10.4.2, due later this year. 

 

For your reference, the bug id associated with this issue is 163429.

Is there anything else required to get the next/previous buttons on the document viewer working on a folder of shortcuts?  I just upgraded ours to 10.4.2, and this was one of the bugs we were hoping to address with the update but there's been no change.

Laserfiche Web Client 10.4 (10.4.2.214)

Laserfiche Repository Access (10.4.2.73)

Edit: I should add that it seems to work on a search result, but I would expect it to work the same when you've just browsed to a folder containing a number of shortcuts or a mix of shortcuts and documents.
