I completed the last course I needed for the Platinum Certification, but have not received the usual emails and the achievement does not show in Answers. Wondering if someone can look into this?

Congratulations on completing Platinum Certification! We've awarded the certificate to your eLearning portal, this achievment should appear in Answers shortly.

Hi Blake, 

Have you emailed cpp@laserfiche.com after completing your platinum? They sent me the logos.
