LFF502 error. Any way to roll back form to previous version?

I'm using 10.3. I accidentally edited a form with more than 1 browser window open. I am now receiving LFF502 and none of my formulas in the form are working. Is there any way to roll back the form to a previous version?

The only way to roll the Form back to a previous version is to restore the Forms database from a backup at a previous point in time. However, bear in mind that will roll EVERYTHING in Forms back to that point in time, so any new processes started (Forms submitted) since that point in time will be lost.

The best option is to check the Forms error log within the server's Event Viewer and get more details for that error, then you will be able to better understand how to correct the issue, and may not need to roll back in time.
