Can you tell me if the Outlook add-in integration is available with the Web client or just the Windows client?
Oh, you have Office Online configured. That allows editing directly in the browser without launching Word (and that message is not a Laserfiche error).
If you go into the Edit With menu and select Word instead of "Word Online", you should be able to download the plug-in.
The Laserfiche plug-in for Office works with both.

Are you trying to find the installer so you can push it out to your users?
The web client will prompt the user to download it when they try to open an Office document from Laserfiche.
The web client install puts a copy of the Office plug-in installer under <Install Folder>\Web Files\OfficePlugin. The executable in there is just a self-extracting zip, so you could unpack it and then push it out with group policies and such. It is the same installer that comes with the desktop client.
