Is it possible to restrict the simultaneous connection of a user, What I mean, if user could be connected only once to a single Laserfiche application?

No. The Laserfiche server allows multiple connections per user (currently 4), with no way to make that limit lower. Users will commonly have multiple active sessions from applications like Office Plugin, Scanning, and the web or desktop client.

Hello Laserfiche team, some clients in Mexico have the following concern regarding the security of the Laserfiche system, they need to set a session limit for the users of the Laserfiche system. We have two clients of the Mexican financial system and these have suffered attacks on their systems through an electronic payment system called (SPEI), these  customers need to limit the sessions that a system user can open with the Web applications and Laserfiche client. Could you do this version for Laserfiche in future versions?

One of the reasons we allow multiple connections is for web applications, where it is common for a user to close the browser without logging out. That session will still be active until it times out, about 20 minutes. It would be inconvenient for a user to need contact an administrator to terminate the old session every time this happens. We do take security seriously, maybe if you describe the concern and how the threat is mitigated by this change we could figure out a less disruptive way to address it.
