Can't get past a course

The course is not allowing me to continue on to the next one. I have tried to go back and tick all of the boxes off, with no success. What do I need to do?

Whenever I had an issue with the courses, I would just send an email off to certification@laserfiche.com and they were usually pretty quick to respond.
