Retrieve or restore deleted Fields

Because I am one heck of a silly goose I accidentally deleted more than intended when I was clearing out some test fields in LF Admin Console. If there any way to retrieve or restore these?

These fields predate me and I an unsure of how they were totally set up and I do not want to try recreating these incorrectly if I do not have to.

The info you are looking for is in the Repository DB. In SQL, there is no undo/restore feature, so you will have to go to your backups to get the data.

If you are on Rio, the best way is to put up a sandbox LF server and restore a backup of your repository (don't need to worry about the Volumes) to the sandbox. Then get the data you need from there.

If you are not on Rio, then you might have to have your VAR restore your repository to their VARKit server to get the data for you.
