Error occurred while trying to scan document id=21977623, name=docname, error=Permission denied.
 

I have a quickfields process that has stopped working with the above error in the output pane.  The user in the LFCE connection certainly does have access to the documents.  Any ideas for troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Is the document in a volume that the user does not have permissions to?

Good call Bert. 

For what it's worth I'd already checked volume security and believed it was OK because the user had the Manage Volumes privilege.  In fact it used to be OK, this process has run just fine for years.  Did that change in a recent version of Laserfiche?
