iPad and LF Cloud

We have a client who is having difficulty downloading PDFs using the web browser and through the Laserfiche app on iPads.  They are a LF Cloud customer

Hi Dina,

 

Could you please provide more details on the steps? Also is the user using Laserfiche application in the web browser or the Laserfiche App that's downloaded from the App Store? It wasn't super clear in your original question.
